# AIDEFEND trademark and brand policy

The software and framework-content licenses in this repository do not grant rights to use AIDEFEND trademarks or branding as a source identifier.

`AIDEFEND`, `AIDEFEND™`, the AIDEFEND name and logos, AIDEFEND badges, and confusingly similar names or marks are reserved by their owner, except for nominative use that truthfully identifies this project.

You may:

- state that your work uses or is derived from the AIDEFEND framework;
- link to `https://aidefend.net` or this repository;
- reproduce the AIDEFEND name as required for CC BY 4.0 attribution.

You may not, without prior written permission:

- imply that a modified version, product, assessment, certification, or service is official, approved, certified, or endorsed by AIDEFEND;
- use an AIDEFEND logo or badge as your own product or organization logo;
- name a product or service in a way that is likely to confuse users about its source or affiliation;
- remove a clear indication that a fork or modified framework is unofficial.

A compliant attribution does not by itself imply endorsement.
